No such thing as a SEGR kit for the '02 kj Brian....

We have a vacuum controlled EGR, the US guys all have the '05+ electric EGR.

You can simply deactivate yours buy pulling the vacuum hose from the control valve (the 'OUT' hose):





Or put a screw in it and go stealth mode:





Uffe figured this out (remember him? From Denmark) and I have had my EGR non working for over 2 years now, no problems, better preformance.

had it pulled but put it back for yearly emmisions test what they call doe here other wise tyou cant tax and insure kj
will disconnect ,think its fuel related issue ,getting my friend the mechanic too look at during week,will change out filter again and see if any air comes from fuel lines,could also be dirt in fuel line as i let it run near reserve few times and maybe dirt or air
