Heck thats everywhere with the trailers etc.
I can take you down home and the post office for one small town is an old trailer
my wife could not get over that!
I have a pic somewhere of her standing beside of it, took it to show her folks back home :ROTFL:

Actually I lived in a 12X 65 with a tip out back in the early 70s
and had four 4 wheel drives in the driveway, plus other 'cars'
my garage was 32 X 48
now see that's the way to live !

Well I can't wait for ECS in Harlan, KY. My grandfather is from there. Oh and on the way there I may just stop at Ketucky Fried Chicken in Corbin, KY. Where it all started :)
It's been forever since I've been out that way.

I'm watching the new Top Gear UK episode on Youtube and I just found out Richard Hammond, James May and Jeremy Clarkson was over here in the States. They choose 3 cars to their liking and took them over to the Blue Ridge parkway in NC!!! Cause they said the Americans say they know everything and say the best road to drive on in the World is the Blue Ridge Parkway. Did you drive on this JeepinJarhead?

Here's the link if anyone wants to watch it
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3cqGrUIVwo

I better get back to watching this before the BBC shuts it down because of Copyright laws!!!

yes ive driven the parkway for the most part from start to finish in early fall, it's roughly 450-550ish miles long

we drove a portion of it that was about 80 miles long, unfort. in the winter sections of the parkway get shut down due to risk of death etc. At the moment about 200 of the 500 miles is closed so I didn't bother trying to ride the 300-400 of it that could have been our route down or route home due to the number of detours off the parkway it would have required

but yeah.. we got a little taste of it, I love the parkway it's pretty

the KY/WVA mountain parkway isn't bad, not near as scenic though

Thought that was the Mountain Parkway. I drive that road a few times per month. It is a nice drive but gets pretty boring quick. Then theres always the slow people that you can never pass.
