any time I've ever towed anything substantial (with any vehicle I own) I always add air pressure to the tires. Given you're estimating 3500# on for the trailer plus I'm guessing you're tossing some stuff in the boot you'll at the very least want to split the difference between your normal running pressure and the max pressure listed for the tires. Look at it this way... if you air up and you feel like the tail of the jeep is wiggling around because you're overpressured you can always let a couple pounds back out and drive again.
