On other car/truck forums I've been to there's usually a group buy section that people can set-up to get bulk purchases of product at discounted prices. Why don't we have anything like that here? I think with this being the most active Liberty forum we could get some interest in this??

but then after its time to order you have a dozen maybe
Plus most of the people who have parts for Liberty's already are giving us a decent price as it is
so not that much markup
But hey you could try anything you considering?

For that specific product, don't count on it. As Tom said, you'd be lucky to get 5 buyers with cash in hand out of 50 that sign up for one. Also, Flowmaster has so many retailers they won't give a discount worth squat for 5 people, let alone 50. You can get a bigger discount going directly to a retailer. Summit racing has those exact ones for about $15 less than direct from Flowmaster. I have seen those $105 super44's on ebay recently for about $60, recently. Group buys aren't worth the effort anymore.

Admit group buys are pretty tough - unless done locally and in cash perhaps.

Why not try to get discount codes together at least and post them somewhere. Have collected a lot of them while shopping for the KJ last few months - I always ask for dicounting online or go hunting for discount codes.

A lot of them online if you search, jeepforum actively goes out for them in their advertisers, and groupon might be another place to start something?
