thanks for the responses. Here is another post by the guy
"Weird thing here... So I went and got the oil changed today (too lazy to do it myself). On the way home the check engine lite disappeared and the tranny started shifting on its own, up and down no problem.... After I got home I decided to take it out for another spin and the light was back on and it wasn't shifting again. I took it to Advance Auto Parts and had them pull the codes. Multiple tranny codes came up, including the TCM, and an O2 sensor. After I took it home, I took the TCM out and blew out the connector and the TCM with compressed air for computers, and I blew out the connector that connects to the transmission. After that I put it back together, and the check engine light was still on. BUT.. its shifting on its own again with out any issues. Im going to take it to Advanced again to get the codes pulled tomorrow, but I suspect and hope it will just be the lingering O2 sensor code. Im not holding my breath or anything, but it seems like a pretty odd problem that may be fixed with a simple cleaning of the connectors.
I will keep updating this thread with how it turns out. "
what ya think. He is getting me the trouble codes. But I think your right Pote.
