Sounds like sometimes is hitting the Turbo. Was the impeller or compressor marked by metal hitting it. It could becoming out of the exhaust manifold or in from the air intake. Next time you replace that turbo make sure your exhaust manifold is clear and run a scope up there to be sure. I have seen engine part fragments come out the exhaust and "LATER" a brand new turbo before.
