I finally got my lift done and the shocks I bought were the wrong Ones!

So now I'd like to get some new ones to smooth out he world a bit and so I don't have a eart attack at every speed bump...I've got this idea that I'm going to destroy my stickers if I go to fast.

Do I need to get just the two rear shocks or the front struts to..

It's a two in lift so I don't need massive shocks right?

I'm not looking for the most exPensive shocks ever, but something better than stock.

It would help if you tell us what lift you have.

What do you mean with 'wrong shocks'?

Oops sorry, I left out the meat and potatos! :banghead:

I have a 2in daystar spacer lift

I bought KYB "gas-a-just" shocks that were supposed to fit my jeep. Well they are actually replacements for the stockers.... Had no idea they were when I bought them!

I also got KYB struts that were also replacements for the stocks.

Rear shocks for a lifted Liberty come from a 1998-2003 Dakota or Durango.

Replacing the front shocks now means paying the same price for the front lift install, again.
The rear shock replacement is easy easy easy. Refer to the shock replacement guide in the tech section to find the right shocks. There is also a how to on rear shock replacement. I'm running the skyjacker hydros and hate them. They are stiff and noisy. I wish i had the bilsteins.

I have a brand new set of bilsteins that just arrived at my shop in the box. they were backordered, and I had a set in stone timeline for my lift I had to meet so I had them replaced by OME shocks that were in stock....the order for the bilsteins was apparently never cancelled and they showed up at my studio today. I could let them go for what I paid for em plus the shipping to you. PM me for info.
Pote.
