This looks like one? But don't take my word for it? It might not be the map, I am sure others will respond.

Here is where I shop.

I still have one extra, I ordered too many....

Snooping around the net: These were selling for $40 or less in 2007. They are used in a Honda Civic diesel and sell in the UK for around 250 pounds at the dealer. Autozone sells an Airtex (Chinese?) version for over $120 .

I did a search for the part number on the sensor and "Bosch," and found a number of places, one called ECS tuning, in Ohio. They had 'em for about $100. I took a shot and clicked around, ordered two and they came yesterday. They're in a Bosch box and look identical to the one in my CRD.

For what it's worth.

If you are going to get the airtek/wells one Rockauto has them for $36.79 its a non stock item so they say there will be a 2 days shipping delay on that part. I am inpressed with the parts for our CRD they seem to be able to get. Rockauto.com

if you want the real mopar part then I 2nd moparonlineparts.com

The MAP sensor they have in their catalog doesn't look like the one I have in my 06 CRD. Totally different looking part then the Bosch.

yes it does look slightly different. the part that fits inside the manifold looks about correct and it has what looks like the correct electical connector.

If you look at the section in Rock Auto web site for the 2005 JEEP LIBERTY LIMITED 2.8L 2768cc 171cid L4 DIESEL FI Turbo (5) DOHC :

under Emission : Air Charge Temperature (ACT) Sensor, you will see that the picture represents the MAP sensor and is wrongly categorized.

Rock Auto should clarify/rectify their web page.

This was also a problem with the dealer parts fiches, and caused more than one person to order the wrong part.

Just be careful with look alike MAPs, the Bosch catalog has several versions that all look alike but seem to have different thermistor values.

Question: MAP looks like the right one for CRD/06, but no labeling. Have you bought and tried this one?

No, I didn't need it. But if I were to need a MAP sensor, I would make sure it was the right one before sending dollars through the mail.

I would go to the nearest dealer and ask to see what the MAP sensor with corresponding part number looks like just to make sure it is the correct one before procuring it from any online company, so that mistakes are minimized.

one thing after looking more in to the part catalog that makes me start to wonder if some part numbers are correct is that I see an ignition coil listed for the 2006 CRD on Rock Auto. I have yet to see one of those under my jeeps hood.
