hi all,
i have a 05 libby, with an ome lift medium duty, 3/8 upper plate,and a 1/4 cleaves, well today i broke my upper ball joint :cry: , front right-so do i get a stock replacement or go with al's??
how good are al's anyways???

I would go with JBA's upper arms and be done forever worrying about the crappy factory upper ball joints. They are worth their weight in gold :JEEPIN:

called today the stealership, and they said 309.95 a side,so i will be calling al's today!!!

I like the stock ones, mine have been going strong for over 100K miles and I don't have to worry about the welds breaking. Also, I have many spares thanks to all the SFA projects going on 'round these parts.

A serious enthusiast strives for greater heights and quality that the factory can offer but then again those smoke wagons are limited to gaining true heights a serious enthusiast desires. Welds are the least of concerns when your factory ball joint seperates :roll:
