Good! service after the sale is just as big a deal as the sale imo. If it takes a lashing from DC thats ok too.

I would be very interested to find if that resolved the transmission shudder. I have also had the updates completed this week, but I still have the problem.

Glad to hear of a great repair experience. Good service has not been Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Eagle's strong suit in the past. I am still hoping that some Daimler service rubs off on Chrysler. When you buy a Mercedes and bring it in for some strange service problem, you get a NICE loaner and a few thousand free tush smooches. Chrysler could use a little bit of that.

My dealer gives you two free service "loaners" if you buy from them. I've already used those two up and I just hit 10k miles. Now I'll have to rent a car from their Enterprise counter and hope that the work done is warranty. If it's warranty, they pay for the rental. If not, it's on me.

 thats a joke 4 trips no help, had to do my own research on this forums and others threaten a  lawsuit, naw this aint good service, this is worrying the crap outta a owner,a salesman ,a chrysler rep. a service manager, and their janitor if i thought i would help, this crap with the liberty studder/tranny/glowplug tsb junk may be the biggest cover-up since watergate, service manager swears to me that chrysler has been denying the problem since the start, and have just began to roll over on it because of dealer out cry.why do you have to threaten people to get something done right. paid way to much for this rum-around.
