Can't see where you are too high, you're lower than most of the ones I set up using OME springs and top plate and not having issues with CV boots.
A new Frankenlift will put you back up to 23 or more

PLEASE DISREGARD THE RUSTY PARTS, , haven't had time to sand and repaint yet this spring

No rush, I'm not doing anything right away. just trying to figure out what to try next.
I definately think its caused by rubbing on itself at bottom edge of inner boot. I check often and I can see groove wearing as miles go by. but as i have been searching I see ones that look as bad as mine but people say they have no issues. I am trying to convince friend to help redo on my own to help lower cost.

You can see on mine where it rubs, that right side one was replaced about 25,000-28,000 miles ago due to intermediate shaft issues, left side one is stock ( with 155,650 miles on it) and like mentioned I am over 23 inches middle of wheel to bottom of flare

Now I'm really lost (pun intended). your passenger side is at least as angled as mine if not more. Without exeration I am on my 4th axle in about 130K, this one will be 5. Never been problem with CV, just boot. I had the intermediate shaft issue about 60K ago (thought it was gonna disenterate - It was rusted and splines almost completly gone)Each time I checked after install to make sure not damaged during install, even had one guy redo afetr I noticed it damaged in his lot when I picked up.
thanks for pics-not giving up yet
