Hi, sorry if this has been answered before, my searches didn't find anything.

Recently it seems my low beams have gone from bright white to a "golden glowing"?

The bulbs are not burned out only "fading"?

I do not know anything about the electrical system so where/how do I start to troubleshoot this?

It's a CRD Liberty (Cherokee here in Europe ;o)) from 2003.

Check your charging system and make sure it is up to snuff including your battery and all wiring(no corrosion). If all is good there change out the bulb(s) as they are going to go out soon.
