I've seen at least one liberty with the holes plugged with those christmas tree plugs from autozone. On a dark vehicle they blend in nicely.

FYI.. you can buy replacement white clips (uppers) on the rocker moldings... but they do not sell replacement clips for the bottom ones. have to buy the entire plastic rocker molding. so dont rip them off unless you plan on buying new to put them on ($144 cheapest i can find). going to try and rig up some spacer/long plastic pop rivet to put on the bottom instead of the clips

FYI......

I don't plan on putting the plastic rockers back on. I didn't literrally rip them off either.

(IMO) the Jeep looks better w/o them

Eh, I don't think it looks good off. Although I dont like the chopped bumpers either, so im probably in the minority here. Just doesnt look like the fender flares blend in as well now. Doesnt look bad, but just looks more finished with them on

On the contrary, I believe that the black christmas tree body clips would look great on a white or other light colored kj. Act like an accent color.

The dealer had the top replacement clips for 3.5 a piece if you decide to put it back on :) and by the way, they also had what looked just like the lower pieces in stock, but didn't have one to compare :)
