At 80,000 miles mine is running great! :D
Just did the tranny filters, transgo shift kit, brakes and ball joints over the weekend.
I think it runs better now than when I first got it. :P

67k miles - Had a bad injector causing starting issues, but now that issue is fixed and the CRD runs great. Couldn't be happier.

I have a bad thermostat and a mechanical fan clutch that is stuck "on" but neither of those issues affect driveability, so I am voting "yes".

92k, need to change the t-stat and potentially a glow plug. getting a little air rush, i suspect it may be a VERY small crack in a CAC hose. otherwise solid

I said no because it went into limp mode when I was leaving for work. I am going to look at it tonight, hopefully it is nothing big.

about 7.5% of polled users have a problem currently.

Remember when your problem is fixed you can revote and select "fine" likewise is something happens tomorrow you can change it to "not"

Just gets hot on some summer mountain driving. Everything else is just a typical car company trying to increase profits.

In my case it is going to backfire on them! I love the CRD, but this will be last Chrysler vehicle I own due directly to the outrageous price of anything from the dealer!

The car companies need to realize that they are burning bridges with the games they are playing. These things are expensive enough without the gouging at the dealer for any parts you need down the road.

My 2006 KJ Limited CRD has only 44000km, it is driving like new, no faults except broken cd changer (going to fix it asap)
Just regular maintenance at local benz dealer (here in Croatia Benz is still authorized dealer). My previous jeep was 97 ZJ limited 5.2 who had 360.000km and it was also flawless-also just regular maintenance. Befor ZJ mj ride was 95 XJ 2.5 TD it had 195.000km and was the best jeep ever-true offroader. My "tunning" was always top quality oil (mobil 1 in my case) and fuel (euro V class) and there should be no problems.

My 2006 CRD Limited has over 100,000 mi. Just got back from VT with a load of sunflower seed to plant in upstate NY. For VVO production to make biodiesel. :SOMBRERO:
Regular maintenance for me is 25,000 Mi oil changes with AMSOIL.

Good luck finding a manufacturer that hasn't switched to the "pay later" business model. The main beef I have is that they pulled the plug on production after such a low volume thus throttling any possible alternate parts supply.

FWIW I just got quoted $197+$6 for a thermostat and gasket. This is the going price for them in Canada.

Slight shudder sometimes going into 4th and 5th.
Needs the front brakes worked on again, have a shake in the steering when going straight above 55 mph
213300 mi
mid 20's for mileage
Trying to catch up to my 1993 Cherokee with 278000 mi.

50K miles and 21 mpg, no problems really but the fan clutch is starting to act up and it seems like it should get a little better milage than that going 60 on rural roads...

54000 miles on my 2005 sport libby. So far no problems. Got her a few months ago with 48k on it. I have replaced the hoses with Samco's. The originals weren't leaking and will soon be getting a GDE Eco tune. Only minor problem might be a motor mount. Engine gets a bit louder when coasting but when breaks are applied she's quiet again. Overall a very happy camper.

Sheesh I have been changing my oil at 3000-5000 miles I changed it twice within 500 miles after I picked her up just to make sure I had synthetic oil in there. Anyone else go 25k between oil changes?

Sean

I am comfortable going 10K using Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel Truck.

For me 25K would require sending a sample out to have analyzed.

Mine's running fine too
Today I took the down pipe with flex joint and cat off and welded on a bung for a EGT pyrometer :SOMBRERO:
The Cardone joint where the turbo and pipe meet is a real sob to get back together right :banghead:
Crusing along on the freeway at 70 mph with ambient temperature in the high seventies it ran at about 500f. Once off the interstate it quickly dropped to 400f.

Both are running fine.

We just returned from a 1500mi road trip in the wife's jeep and averaged 28.9 mpg, hand calculated.
