Here's the thing about TJ Moab wheels... First of all, they weight about 30 lbs. each. That's insane. Steel wheels don't even weight that much. Second, they are 8" wide and 5" BS. That means that right off the bat you are sticking out 1" farther at the outer lip than you were with the factory KJ wheel. So yeah...that's going to rub.
Then you have the whole issue with 245 series tires. YES..245s did come as factory equipment on the Moabs...but Jeep realized their mistake after numerous complaints about them and so if you look at the Rubicon models of the past 5 years...none of them run 245s from the factory.
245s are doable on 8" wheels...but you're definitely pushing it. 245s only have 7" of tread width, and you're putting that on a 8" wheel width. Not only is it going to look a little less than perfect, but it's going to work a little less than perfect on the highway, and it's going to expose your wheels to curb rash and trail damage too. I personally would run 265s minimum on an 8" wheel.
