Was going to do the same with the Hayden severe duty fan clutch and 11 blade nylon fan, but even when I hit the big wrench with a hammer, it would not free up. So I ordered: Schley (SP 61600) Universal Fan Clutch Wrench . That should hold the pulley so I can get it off, did not want to mess around with the socket or screw driver try to hold it trick and risk pulley damage.

What I did get done was install a Magnefine filter.

What clutch did you use Bugnout?

Warp, is that just a secondary trans filter, and where did you install it?

All I did today was was about a millions bugs off and rotate my spare tire carrier

Mine has over 100,000 miles so I gave it a gold tooth on it's grill for good behavior.

I change the front dif fluid and it just took a little time then the ATFluid. I really wish they would just put a small drain plug in the pan to make it easier like on my old mercedes. I took all of the bolt out or the trans drain pan and it was glued in place I hit it with a soft hammer nothing, then I stuck a thin razer knife in the gap and it started to drip I taped and pushed on it the it fell into the giant drain pan with a crash. Then it started to rain really hard.

Then I changed the thermostat. I spent an hour cleaning off the gasket material from the engine block. I think a drumel with an extension cord and a small wire brush would have helped. But those things are expensive and they break a lot. I made my own gasket with gasket material and the same razor knife.

I looked at the turbo hose well it was off and it looked spotless. I will take that as a good sign.

I also changed the vegetable oil and diesel return line to a higher grade of fuel line the original ones were not my first chose. It drips while changing, that sucked. I refilled the diesel tank when it got dark I my wife got 168 miles for every gallon of diesel purchased. That did not suck.

I figured something out today, I found out who gets to pay for the oil spill. YOU, and you, and you, and me, oh, and you and you, but especially ME! I had to stop and pick up some oil for libby, she was running just a little low. I bought 2 quarts, and it was almost $20! I almost $&%# my self when I saw the $8.49 tag! :dead: The worst thing, the oil I use is synthetic! :furious: At work I decided I would fix my center caps. I love the wheels, but the huge gaudie star in the middle was kind of over powering. I took one off, and had my boss measure and design a triangular piece of vinyl to go on each side of it. Now it looks a lot better, and doesn't stand out like a sore thumb.
