BTW, we also have the DCJ "MaxCare" 7/100 ESP and it is standard practice to agree to pay for at least an hour of diagnostic time if it turns out that they determine that your problem is something not covered under the warranty. We have had 17 visits for repairs to 4 different dealers in 5 years. I only have brought the Jeep into a dealer for things that I was virtually certain would be covered by the warranty. So far, I have not had to pay more than the $100 deductible each time. However, except with the incident below, I go out of my way to always meet with the service manager and diesel tech and make sure that they understand what type of customer they are dealing with. If I feel that the relationship does not look good, I move on to another dealer.
When my wife was recently far from home (Nashville), the Jeep developed a loud noise coming from the rear and I was obviously unable to directly assess the situation, I found an independent repair shop through the internet and had her get a diagnosis. I then contacted the Nashville Jeep dealer, set up an appointment myself and indicated the pinion bearing appeared to have failed. Had she gone in to a dealer we had no relationship with, and as a woman, complained there was a noise coming from the back, god knows what she would have been billed and for what. (We paid the $100 deductible and the entire diff was rebuilt with a new R&P, etc. However, they blew the setup, not enough pinion depth and it was making noise when she got back. Presented it to our local dealer. They confirmed the subtle, but distinct noise, tore it apart, found the pinion depth error and replaced ALL the parts, again. We paid no additional fees.)
So, we have gotten excellent VALUE from the warranty service we have received (about $14K now and counting), but I doubt this would have been the case with the average person who is just not in a position to "stack the deck in their favor".
I would strongly urge you to use a local independent shop to diagnose your problems, in writing. If the motor mounts are bad, this absolutely should be covered by your 7/100 MaxCare ESP. BTW, CRD motor mount failure is quite common. However, your Jeep dealer has virtually no KJ CRD experience. If they are speaking at all from experience, they are referring to experience with the gas motors which may not have chronic mount problems, or it may just be BS. Check the TSB list on this site. It may have something about the mounts. However, use your written diagnostic and file an appeal, if needed. In my area, the independent shop I use for non-warranty work buys a lot of parts from the local Jeep dealer. If the dealer did refuse to do a repair under warranty, I can have their "customer" lobby on my behalf with the service manager.
Yes, this all takes time, money and SHOULD not be necessary, but it works best in a very imperfect world.
Hope you can get proper value from your factory extended warranty you paid thousands of $$$ for.

problem for me is they want me to pay for the hour and then they find nothing in that hour...therefor non-warranty and i pay
and then they want me to come back time and time again......always paying because they are not able to diagnose
worst of all is if I want motor mounts or torque converter to be considered....they cannot diagnose so I must pay all cost up front and then will be repayed if it fixes noises
I must diagnose myself is what it comes down to.....then what is the service department at the dealership even for?
100% the worst warranty experience of any kind for me.....BUYER BEWARE
I will demand they pay for this and they should but will they.......I would be very surprised because it was not done at a dealership....could not get service at dealership no matter how many I go to or how many times
