I just found this CRD tool set on Ebay and figured someone on LOST would be interested.

arm300 - that was nice of you and I'm glad I keep close tabs on LOST as I just bought the set. Thanks for the heads up.

Yeah, Race bought a set for $400. I saw this set and passed on it because of price.

I think I paid $300 for mine, iirc.

Yeah, keep scouring the net if you want one. I figure they will become scarse as time goes on.

Sam, I'm pretty sure that you paid $500.00 from Lost member isx2009 back in January 2010 . I remember, I was trying to buy the same set, but was a day late :?
I ended up buying another set a week later off e-bay for $500.00.

Nah, he wanted $500, but I wasn't willing to spend that much, I remembered it being $200 or $300, but now that you say $500 I think it had to have been the $300.

I offered the ebay seller 400 bucks but someone who is less thrifty than I am paid full asking price for the ebay set.

My set came with the dealer invoice from Miller/SPX. It was a little over $2000 for the whole set. The injector puller is the most expensive tool.

And the heaviest. Though I certainly had no problem pulling them out by hand.

Ok I'm the guilty "less thrifty" party but for comparison shopping check out what this set sold for at the end of August http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 0390272670 to see why I'm not complaining "much".

Pap that was the set I bought but I hardley paid that .... I paid $399.00 for the whole set. Not sure why $999 is showing up.

But the sets are becoming scarse.

Oh well I'll still live with what I paid given the 3 CRDs in my immediate vicinity that can benefit including one that needs a TB fairly soon and that these tool sets are getting harder to find along with mechanics that can use them.
