Sorry, I tried to search LOST for the answer & couldn't find anything...

I ordered the new fuel head and wiring kit, the unit also has a new WIF (water in fuel sensor). Does the WIF sensor need to be replaced too? Because it looks bigger than the original from what I remember and I don't see another clip in the kit to keep the new wires in.

My wiring kit was just the wires needed to splice, and the fuel head had a filter, but no new WIF sensor wiring...

Did you order more than two different items?

Look at the fuel head bleeding video in Sir Sam's NOOB guide for a picture of the new head and wiring harness installed. To install you have to splice in the new fuel heater wiring harness/plug so the new fuel head's fuel heater element will get power.

The new head comes with a Mopar fuel filter installed WITH the WIF sensor installed on the filter. The WIF is the same as the one that's on your filter now or at least if it "looks" different in size I can tell you for sure that the current WIF wiring harness/plug fits the WIF that comes with the 2n gen fuel head. That said I recommend folks save their existing WIF sensor for possible future use. There is no particular reason for a WIF sensor to fail, no moving parts, but it's not impossible and a new one costs like $25.
