Just got the GDE HOT tune installed. Love it. Woke it up a lot, smoother power band, and better overall drivability. Sounds meaner too!

Thanks GDE.

Austin

That's awesome, I just got my GDE Hot Tune installed also. Something seems off to me though. Can't quite put my finger on it yet. I had some air in the filter head that I bled out which helped some. I have a dash dyno which is showing fuel pressure around 7,000-10,000 psi with normal driving and it only can give me 16psi of boost sustained with my foot to the floor. I saw it spike to 18psi once but with the stock tune I was seeing it hit 20 psi. Just weird. Left Keith a message so I'm sure he'll be able to help me figure it out. It may be just me.

What kind of dashboard dyno do you have? I been thinking about getting one for my CRD.

Bought and installed ecotune mostly to solve EGR problem. Solved EGR problem completely to my satisfaction. Also picked up about 2 mpg. Notice that jeep now stays in the lowest part of the power band. Engine sort of lugs all the time using the torque this engine is capable of.

Also have noticed that it seems as though I don't have to press near as much on the throttle to get power.....its always there. So glad there is GDE for us CRD owners. The thought of the other plug-in "liar" tuners scare me! I feel more than comfortable with GDE and trust them fully.

Heard from Keith. He cleared up the concerns I had, the numbers I'm seeing are what I should be seeing. That's good to know. After putting on more miles it feels better also. I think I'm just not use to the engine chugging along at such low RPMs.

On and the scan I have is the DashDyno SPD http://www.auterraweb.com/. Keep in mind these scan tools all tend to lock up after a certain amount of time until the key is cycled off and on again

Mark

Oh and no more check engine light. Sweet!!
