Short answer: No

First, no body lifts on a KJ. 2" spacers will make the wheels stick out too far and will rip your fender flares off. 265/70/r17 are 32". Do some searching around the forum to find out what you need to run 32" tires on a KJ.

If they are 17 inch then they are JK wheels which will not fit anyways due to different bolt pattern They are 5 on 5 we need 5 on 4.5 and the Moabs we use are 16 inch

The 17" Moabs have a different bolt pattern and will not fit on a KJ without adapters. If you get the adapters, then they will stick out too far and rub like crazy even with a 31" tire. That combo with a 32" tire isn't gonna happen on a KJ, unless you do some serious trimming (search KJWildman). :D

17" Moabs are easy to find, as nobody wants them. Look for the elusive 16" Moabs with a 245/75/R16, and get an OME lift or Frankenlift. This setup requires very little trimming and has been been proven to work on a KJ.

Ah Wildman tried running 33s not 32s
I'm running 32s with no trimming just an ARB up front

I know Wildman fit 33's, and you have 32's. But try running your Moabs/32's with 2" less backspacing (like he would need for the adapters) and I'd bet you'd have some problems.
