strange noise on hard acceleration????

My libby has 105k and now its making a whining and clicking noise on medium to hard acceleration. Injectors? Timing belt? Help?

Mine is making what I would describe as the same noise. It sounds like it is coming from the front drivers side. I don't think it is the u-joints. I suspect it is my FCV butterfly flapping under hard acceleration. I have not had the time to take it off to see if it is truly the cause. I'm subscribing to this one.

I don't think so ...I ll check though. It sounds like it coming from the engine compartment on drivers side as well. What is FCV?

I had a dirty turbo compressor that cause it to make noises at around 2000rpm while under load. A local turbo shop cleaned it and did something else for $250 and now it roars at all RPMs.

noises on acceleration but not on deceleration - have a tendency to be from an axle - different loading

of course the original question should be engine speed or vehicle speed?

It's motor noise not u-joints. Will Injectors make noise if they are going bad? And if so what kind of noise

did the tb and pulleys today and still get the squeeling under acceleration of the motor (engine speed). i gambled and didnt do the water pump. will they squeel when going bad? i took the serp belt off and did the engine speed test and it was still there.
