I currently run 31x10.5x15 Interco Trxus MTs M+S and they are AMAZING!

Wheeled with them at LOST ECS 2011 a few weeks ago and they performed really well. The tires were aired down to around 20 psi. Would have went just a tad bit lower, but stuck at 20. They ride alright on the road for a MT. Mind you, this is an off-road tire, not a daily driver/street tire. There is a noticeable wobble when driving. That is due to the tires. When I first drove with them on the KJ, it felt like the KJ was drifting from side to side. Again, this is due to it being an MT. I've put some where around 2,500 miles on them and bought them used with around 3,000 miles on them. They're currently mounted on 15"x7" 5x4.5" bolt-pattern Black Cragar steel wheels with 4" of backspacing. MPGs are about the same as when I ran 245/75/16 BFG KM2s (MT) on stock Renegade wheels 16"x7". When it has rained, they did not slip. The sipping in the tread is designed to open up when it hits moisture, meaning better gripping in rain and snow.

There's PLENTY of tread left on these tires and I cannot wait to test them out this winter. The only draw back to these tires is two will balance perfectly and the other two will not. So if you ever buy these tires, figure out which two balance and which two that do not. Put the good ones up front and the bad ones in the back. That is what I'm doing and will leave it as is until they're bald. I like these tires so much, I'm considering buying a new set when I need tires next year.

Just thought I'd share something with my fellow LOST Jeepers. If you're looking for a MT tire that will perform well out on the trails, I suggest the Trxus MT.
NOTE: You're MPGs will drop significantly with an MT tire. I currently get 15-17mpg and less if I constantly drive in town all day.

But you need to keep the rotated or they will start cupping real bad

Normal for Interco tires and have no worry about cupping the fronts I went 15,000 miles on mine and never rotated because of the same issue.My rear 2 needed over 50oz of weight to balance so they stayed in the rear with no weights at all,no vibs felt either.Only had funny wear issues after removing the front diff,CV's,and front driveshaft,with all that weight gone my camber was off big time and I was just to lazy to align it for about 5000 miles.


Oh Sarah they work much better at about 15-16psi,would not go much lower though.

when I bought Troy's breakfast in London, KY the week of ECS; we talked about my tires and he ran the same ones when his Liberty was IFS. He told me that two would balance and the other two wouldn't. So what I said is going off what he told me.

I have a couple questions:
1. What psi should I run them on the road? Currently they're at 30psi-ish. Do you think I can try 35-40psi?
2. What's the best psi to run these tires when there's snow out on the roads and if I need to pull someone out that's stuck in the snow?

Also I'm getting the tires rotated and balanced at Jeep tomorrow. Should I tell them just to not put weights on the one's that can't balance?

1--being your size should be load range "C" I would stick with around 30-35psi
2--normal street pressure in #1

If they can be balanced with less then 10oz of weight go for it,like I said mine would require massive amounts of weights so not worth it.

i had 265/75/16 trxus mt's.. and they were AWESOME on and off road. snow/ice/slush/deep rain could not have been better.. they were tanks.. especially in the mud and conditions i listed above. i had mine on for about 25k miles and they got so loud i sold them... still had about half tread on them at 20-25k. I would've bought another set but interco was changing factories and everywhere was out of stock. Great tire though. All mine balanced well and were smooth up to the day i sold them.
