Good Day,

What would you say is the best 6" lift kit for the liberty CRD 2004 kj?And what price range would these fall?

How do these vehicles compare to the Wrangler in offroad capability? Rock crawling etc.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards

Dylan

You are not going to find a 6 inch lift for any KJ in many places. most guys here in the states just do the OME spring lift or Frankenlift. it add around two inches and is much more affordable than other higher lifts that Jeepin by Al sells for the liberty. He sells a 4 inch and a 6 inch lift, I know the 6 inch requires a cradle drop and the price is way too much for most members here. Also your 04 CRD is an export model only not sure what they can do with that since we didn't get the CRD until 2005

It will allow you to run a 31" tall tire, the more aggressive the better it will perform.........anything else depends on having skid plates, driver experience, and whether or not you have any traction aiding differentials installed.

The 2-2.5 inch Frankenlift is referring to 2.5 inches over average factory height. I gained 4.5 inches because my springs were worn out at 115k miles. I'm glad that I saved my pennies for the Frankenlift, the ride is not even comparable to factory.
