Does anybody know what diffs the 2.8CRD KJ '04 EXPORT TO SOUTH AFRICA came out with. I know it was different from the states versions. And from other export models. Selec-Trac(NP242) Transfer case mated to 5-45RFE transmission.

Hard to see how the Diffs front 30A and the rear Corporate 8.25 would be different, gearing maybe. The Export models that came to Australia ALL had the 30A and Corp 8.25. Gearing sets varied however, some had 3.73 some had 4.11 (those are final drive gear ratios). Good luck - there should (maybe) be a sticker on your rear axle that will confirm it.

easiest way to find out what you KJ Diff ratios are is to ask a Jeep Dealership for you Bild Sheet, it will state on there and give you all the parts the KJ was buit with. Normally it's free.
