I got my lift yesterday. The instructions for the front in my opinion stink. Tiny thumbnail pics too. I have some mechanical experience with cars and trucks. Are there any good write ups on installing this? The back is easy. I have read posts on here about installing other lifts but not the Daystar. This kit has the pucks and the top plates. Thanks

Scott,
Remove the aircleaner box and the battery/tray to expose the strut nuts. Jack up the the front on jackstands, remove tires, disconnect the the upper sway bar link, then loosen the upper ball joint nut (leave it on a few threads) then wack the spindle a few times to separate the ball joint. Remove the nut, then loosen the top clevis bolt and remove the lower clevis bolt compleatly. Remove the top struts nuts and the strut assembly will drop free.

At this point take the stuts to a shop and have them separate and reassemble the spring and struts, or risk renting a spring compressor.

Reassemble in reverse order. It's not rocket science.

will disconnecting the sway bar link give a little more droop of the lower control arm? I know its not rocket science, thanks.
