So after spending all the money on the chip and possibly spending more money on every fill-up, after all is said and done...what are you actually gaining? This should be the question you ask yourself. Even if you do gain 8HP, you won't notice it. Even if you think you do, rest assured, it's only a placebo effect. Do yourself a favor and buy a good air filter like the Amsoil and spend your hard earned cash on something that will make your Jeep last longer, not go faster at the possible expense of ruining your engine.
