I did not know about that one, is it another Mopar part, after market, or a custom Digger Skid?
Installed my trailor hitch tonight, still got to wire it in but I already put on my old D-ring shaclkle :JEEPIN: Now I need to find another 4X4 KK in town and see if they want a rear tow hook assembly.

It's a mopar part. It's shaped like a "U" and is attached via two large bolts that go in to the big hole behind the tow hook mount holes.

Use a little goo-gone to remove a small scuff I noticed after I got home from the dealer.

I also swapped some 245/70/16 Yokohama Geolandar AT/S tires on. Replaced the stock Goodyear Wrangler SA's.

Quite a difference, imo. I don't know what it was about the SA's, but they looked way thinner than the 225 width they claimed.

Well either way, I am happy with a true all-terrain tire on the Jeep. I look forward to our next snow event.

I got my first trail rash today...it's not very bad but I was happy to get it. It means I got off an improved road so that is always good for a jeep.

Finally got her lifted!!!!
OME 1.5 lift (got about 2.25 inches) went with the HD/MD combo and the longer OME rear shocks.

Its been a long wait (got her in 2008/9), thanks to everyone on here! most of my research has been on this site.

Next up:

Bigger meats :)

Painted my grill black. She looks mean now! I'll get a pic of it on after the snow stops. Its hard to tell the color from the pic but it now looks exactly like the matte black plastic on the rest of my KK.

Just popped off the 8 rivets holding the grill on.
Popped off the grill from the black plastic guard and grill inserts
Scuffed it will a few green scuff pads til it looked even.
Applied some plastic primer
3 good coats of black plastic bumper repair paint
2 good coats of matte black enamel.
Put it back together and throw it back in and enjoy :D

Its held up pretty good the past 2 days considering all the snow, ice, and sand on the highway. Not a ding or a chip :)

Before (Ignore my friend lol)
