Ok, I think I am on the right track now. OME HD coils 2927 front, OME HD coils 2731 Rear, OME NS131 front struts, OME N132L shocks rear, teraflex bumpstops front, JBA's KJ 1/4" top plates, JBA's spring isolators rear, JBA's UCA, 245/75/16 Duratracs, allignment, speedo recalibrated for ESP sensors.

Yep..that sounds good...
I just got the OME lift put on 2 days ago :pepper: :pepper:
I went with the above setup ...(minus the 1/4" top plate and rear Isos) And I love it, the ride is much better! it sits almost level...there is still a slight rake but not much.

I have not put in JBA UCA's since I didnt add the top plate/ rear isos.
(the shop that I went with did the setup with the top plate/rear iso's on another customer a few months back and they ended up having major issues so they suggested to just stick with the lift by itself)

I got over 2 inches of lift (closer to 2.25).

It has only been a couple of days but so far I would definitely go with the OME lift.

Just to clarify.....issues were not with the Top plates themselves (they are good quality), but apparently the issues were more to do with the strain on other parts.
Either way just decided to play it safe and still love the lift!!

Talked to Marlon at JBA and switching my rear coils order to 2731 Med Duty, staying with the sport struts and shocks since this is a daily driver 99% on road. Going for better a ride quality and to fit the 245/75/16's. Edited my first post because I thought the OEM wheels were black rubicon's  , also edited a few posts back because Boiler's 3/8" KK spacer plates compared to JBA's 1/4" KJ spacer plates to level out. So next month I will have my results and Marco will have his since he is probally going for the maximum height with the HD set up. Hopefully this thread will help some of the other newbies in making the correct suspension builds for their needs.

Boiler hasn't answered me i need those top plates!

Waiting on the backordered front springs

bump stops ordered ... Top plates

:D Good to see that you like your new lift. It's possible that the previous customer at your local shop had issues by not using JBA's UCA's to get alignment back true. From what I have read, other's have had success with one .25" spacer plate on top of strut and one 1/8" isolator on top of rear coil for a level stance. I think at 2.5"+ lift, new UCA's and bumpstops are recommended to clear coil when flexing. At 3" lift, extended brake line brackets and longer shocks too.

Hey thanks! Yeah I am loving it...just wish I could get some bigger tires right away but those will have to wait.

Regarding the owner with that issue, they did have the JBA UCA's .....so not sure why they had all those issues...don't know about the bumpstops though.

Either way I decided to play it safe and not put the top plate and rear iso's in...and i'm still loving it!

You might get away with a small clevis lift along with 927s before the ucas start banging.
Run hockey pucks in the back and you'll be set for rear brake lines. Watch them during the install though. Also make sure your rear axle breather tube is still connected when your all done.

Dude..I would suggest you maybe get a second opinion from someone who knows what they're talkin about (maybe ask someone on here? or an experienced shop etc?)....on adding those top plates and rear iso's ...esp if you don't have JBA's AArms...just a heads up because I didn't have those AARms either and the shop I went to (who do a lot of lifts etc esp for the libby's) strongly advised me not to put the top plates and rear ISO's in. They said that it was already at close to the limit of the Stock Aarms ...even without the top plates and rear iso's..

just got my bumpstops, spacer plates, and rear ISOs from JBA :D still waiting on OME lift kit from 4WP, next week hopefully... At 2.25" HD plus 1/4" top plate equals 2.75" for front; still under 3" so I don't see where the problem is since RK is a 3.5" lift up front that some have already been running with JBA UCA's without issues...Those RR super sliders are heavy, so my jeep feels a bit lower now stock but the extra weight has stopped the body roll :-)r ; need the lift and tires to make her complete, without the the lift I got RR curb sliders :ROTFL:

Might be...but I am not very mechanically inclined lol... I am just going by what the shop guys mentioned to me(I doubt they would just say that for no reason, I mean they have nothing to lose or gain by bs'in me hehe)
I would get an opinion from someone who has the technical know how just to be safe, esp since you will be rollin on stock UCA's

..he's not running the JBA UCA's though....

That rk lift only puts you up about 2" from wherever your springs were, then starts sagging even faster.

Since stock springs sag over time, we cant really say ome, jba, etc give you x amount of inches of lift. If you have an 08 and put a real suspension lift on it, you are going to see a bigger difference compared to putting it on a new 2012, because the 08's springs have sagged. That being said, the amount of lift we get should be measured from the center of the wheel to fender flare, ie. 21.5", 22" or werever.

True Atthehelm, saw that you have installed and adjusted your lift several times in another thread...Ordered my 5.5 UCA's, waiting on coils still and cancelled 4WP install, (Truck Fest discount only applied to me as labor since OME's price is a set standard) used $ to get new UCA's instead. So with JBA's 5.5 UCAs, OME HD front coils and sport struts, 1/4" spacer plate, 3" bumpstops, I'll be complete??? Back end MD coils only to level out with sport shocks; keep'n the top ISOs on the shelf in case the fuel tank sags down the road.
Lost a 1/4" in reality with the extra weight of RRSuperSliders, I just wish they were end to end, as my friend pointed out that coming off a rock is only gonna bust that plastic before hitting the slider; :2cents: I suggest to others removing plastic and fabing a custom slider in place instead.

I've wanted to do that all along but it's more difficult than it appears.

 :D Got my OME lift and JBA UCAs done today. Sitting at 20.5" on all fours, used 1/4" spacer plate and one isolator. HD/MD coil combo with sport shocks and it feels great on road. 235/70/16 oem tires don't look to small as is, but I will be complete with pics after 245/75/16 tires go on next month.

Nice I am now at 22" was higher but 22" is already pushing the limits.
