I have a '05 Renegade with a front Frankenlift/rear OME and two extra isolators . I'm sitting at exactly 22.5 inches, from the center of the hub to the fender flare, on both the front left and right side. I did not install the front lift components, but when I went to pick up my Jeep from the shop that did my front lift they pointed out to me that at some point someone had really screwed up the threads on my right tie rod end, and instead of replacing the tie rod end a larger nut had been slid onto the stud, as a "spacer" to cover the messed up threads and then the correct nut threaded on!! Obviously, I'm now looking to replace my tie rod ends. I'm looking at the NAPA ends ( http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/Resul ... tk=Keyword ; part numbers, NCP 2693176, and NCP 2693175) With lifetime warranties, and grease fittings, they seem like the logical choice. Does anyone have any experience with these?
Also, if memory serves me correct; I'm pretty sure that at some point I read where someone advised that when lifting a Liberty that it is a good idea to turn each tie rod end one turn out one turn from the original location. Supposedly this was to lessen the severity of the angle that the tie rod stud enters the knuckle. Is there any truth in that? Would that cause increased wear and tear in the steering rack, or just throw the steering geometry off?

As far as turning the tie rod ends out after installing a lift , yes that is true since it sucks the wheels in so you have to readjust the toe in.
The ones you have linked will work just fine.
