What have you done to your KK lately

Yeah I believe you need to cut part of your bumper out to put it on. People have also had luck using a JK light bar (I think it's about $70) on the front bumper... I think there was a write up somewhere on how to install.

Got bored during my lunch break yesterday...

Installed some PIAAs on the front bumper today using the JK hook light bar method. Was actually pretty easy.

Ordered weatherstripping for the rear glass. Noticed it was leaking pretty bad during todays rain. $14 for the part, $150 if the dealer installed it.

I've done this mod too. $0 if you put it on yourself. All you need is an alcohol pad out of your first aid kit to prep the glass before putting on the sticky side of the weatherstripping. There are install directions in the Tech section under 2008-2010 TSB's http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=104&t=56151. Scroll down to "Rear Flipper Glass Water Leak."
