I noticed my brake's sounded like something was making a little noise on my right rear so I pulled the wheel and disk off and noticed that the parking brake was shot ( I never used it to notice it ) so I took all the guts out since it feel apart and put it back together until I order parts so I can use the jeep now it is making a constant grinding noise and there is nothing in there that can be causing it I am lost and this is my only vehicle

Did you look at the inside brake pad? It wears first.

Is it grinding even when you're not stepping on the brakes?

It is a known issue that the pads, especially the rear, do not release well. You may want to seach Brakes and the author Doc444.
