If possible I need some help with my 02 V6 liberty automatic

I've it for 8 years and never has an issue

Recently, the liberty slightly overheated while driving home and then lost heaps of power (top end power)
when I park it out the front i inspected the oil (dropped i) and it had water in it ....i then took it to a mechanic and they did a chemical test and said it was a blown head gasket
I tried to put a chemical additive sealant but it has not worked......i stuffed this up by reading the instructions and drained the water...when i did this heaps of sludge came up the filler cap

Now, the car sounds really bad when starting( clunky) water is being pumped out of the motor when it warms up but the vehicle is not overheating strangly...or losing much water in the filler bottle......and there is heaps of water in the oil...and sludge in the water

Now, is it a head gasket or blown head?

will the kj sound better if I change the oil?

what can i do?

do not start the motor until the oil is clean, water will kill bearings.

water in oil/ oil in water - blown head gasket is the best case

(unless there's an oil cooler in there somewhere )

Uh oh....clunky noises could be from failed bearings in your crank from the water in the oil destroying the lubrication and washing out your bearings.
