I'm about to order a new turbo inlet hose and I'd also like to order a hayden fan clutch. Obviously both are easily found on several separate sites, but I'm wondering if anyone knows an online parts supplier that carries both so I'm not paying a bunch of extra shipping. Thanks in advance.

Turbo inlet hose you will have to get from a Mopar source, no aftermarket that I know of, and at least one member recently had trouble running one down. For what it's worth on single items I can often get them for essentially the same price from my local Jeep dealer with tax as I can get them mail order with shipping.

Hayden fan clutch. Not sure why you want to order as this can be obtained at places like O'Reillys but if you want/need to order go Amazon where it can be had with free shipping.

Thanks. Glad I posted here before hitting the online order button. Just ran over to the new O'Reilley's store in our town and they'll have a fan clutch for me by later this afternoon. I'll check with the nearest Jeep dealer and see what they have for a price on the turbo inlet hose and whether it's worth the 70 mile round-trip drive. Thanks again.

I just stopped and thought about this for a few seconds and got to wondering what you ment by a turbo inlet hose? If you mean the oil line from the block to the turbo, what I ment when I said a member recently had trouble finding, that's not a routine service item and not prone to failure but if you are replacing it you will also need the 2 copper banjo bolt washers. If you mean the airbox to turbo hose then I know from past looking that freight from an online vendor more than offsets any savings and when stoutdog replaced his it was like a $60 item at the dealer although it's unlikely they will have one on the shelf hence you would need to call the order in so you know it's available for pickup

I actually meant the airbox to turbo hose. I just got off the phone with the nearest dealership and they are ordering it for me. As you said, they're price, $56, is reasonable compared to an online source with shipping. I'll just stop by and grab it the next time I'm in that town. I'm just accumulating some parts I want to replace for when my mechanic friend is available in the next few weeks to help me replace the thermostat.

In that case some items to keep in mind:
1. when installing the airbox to turbo hose it's extremely easy to crush the plastic air outlet on the airbox lid as I well know. To avoid that use a bit of elbow grease and make sure the hose is pulled/pushed all the way up to touching the MAF sensor before tightening the clamp.
2. you will lose a bit of coolant when you do the tstat install so be sure to have some HOAT coolant on hand. Alternatively you can drain a bit of coolant out into a bucket and just reuse it. If you do the latter a) 2cms off a 10mm Allen wrench fits right into the radiator drain plug and can be turned with an open end wrench and b) cracking the vent cap on the top passenger side of the radiator will speed up draining (leave that cap cracked while pouring coolant back until coolant comes out the vent will minimize air in the system so it purges quickly).
3. the rear bottom bolt on the tstat is very hard to reach and very easy to cross thread when using 3/8" drive tools. Much better to go in there (IIRC a hump in the exhaust manifold is partially in the way) with a 6" or a bit longer 1/4" drive wobbly extension and a 1/4" drive socket.
4. do yourself a favor and replace the hose spring clamps with good worm clamps. Old spring clamps tend to lose their spring and then you get mysterious invisible water leaks.
