Could I fit 245-75-16 AT with clevis/top plate/iso? What kind of trimming if any? I seen another kk on stock suspension fit them on another forum just wanted to see what y'all thought.

They're probably going to rub even if you hammer down the pinch weld and melt some plastic back. I think a 245/70/16 tire would be good for you.

Oh yeah, running bigger tires makes you esp kick in sometimes, especially when making certain slow speed left turns. Should happen less if even at all if you do 245/70s rathers than 245/75s.

On my 2006 KJ, I ran with 245/70/16. The ABS jumping in at inappropriate times was awful. Seemed like 1/4 of all stop signs or red lights, I'd slow down and that crap would kick in and growl at me. Although, to be fair it could have been a bad sensor. Idk.

The only time mine really kicked in is on this one left hand turn where I drive through a gutter at 10 to 15 mph.... Other then that, not real issue what the TCS/ESP

So is the reason 245/75 want fit is because they will rub at flex and full lock? So what if I don't do any crazy trails just beach and gravel /dirt roads? Any body hear of running 215/85/16 or know anything about those?

I'm running 245/70-17 It's a 30.5" diameter tire, with my 2.5" lift. No Mods necessary to the wheel well area, and no rubbing, even on full flex.
A 245/75-16 is a 30.46" diameter tire with the same cross section as mine (9.64").
The 215/85-16 is a 30.38" diameter tire with a cross section of 8.46".
Usually a 30.5" diameter tire (or less) with a cross section of 9.64" (or less) will be fine, depending on tread design. Maybe minor rubbing on full lock and compression.
This is also on stock offset and width rims. If the rim offset or width is different, then that is a whole new ballgame.
My ESP kicks in on during a downhill, right hand, bumpy turn at 25-30 Mph. on a road I use a lot. Other than that I have not noticed it too much, unless I am towing our boat. Then it kicks in all the time, left or right turns, when traveling a little on the fast side.
