On other vehicles, I have had a fan clutch squeal pretty badly while the engine was under load. Have you also checked, replaced the serpentine belt? The tensioner pulley and idler pulleys?
The only other thing that I can think of would be the boost solenoid on the right fenderwell. Hope this helps.

Fan Clutch and Serpentine Belt both replaced last week. Pulleys were inspected at that time, but I will take another look. Is it possible that the wastegate isn't opening fully? It definitely sounds like a pressurized air issue, whether it is a leak or? What about a failed gasket between the actual turbo and the elbow that the Samco clamps to on that side?
Actaully there is no wastegate. There are veins that move inside the turbine housing though. The veins would not squeal but the actuator diaphragm (in the round housing that sits straight up on the turbo) may if it has developed a problem. I don't think that they are available seperately from the turbo.
The Samco hose clamps onto the compressor housing outlet of the turbo. That housing is held onto the center section of the turbo with bolts. You may put a wrench on one that you can get to and see if it is snug. It's unlikely that there is a problem there as you would not be building boost/making any kind of power if that housing is loose.
Kinda leads me to believe that you have a boost solenoid issue or the vacuum lines that are surrounding that solenoid.
BTW, where are you located?
