Ideal solution is a new lifetime warranty alternator from like Autozone for IIRC about $150, alternative OEM for more, alternative new pulley OEM 53013554AE or Litens 920720 for on the order of $80. Replacing the pulley requires a special Miller tool although it apparently can be done with an air impact wrench and the correct size allen wrench. You will have to do a search on how though as I lack the link and have not done the job.
Best do ASAP as that pulley wobble can take the serp belt tensioner out and that's like $200
