About how much is it costing you guys to get a straight pipe done in 2.5 or 3 in and what is everyone running, straight out back or out pass side in front of rear tire?

to run the pipe from the oxidation catalyst to the bend of the end of the exhaust like you see, in 2.5 inch pipe was 200 bucks. Completely worth it in every single way.

I paid around $100. A muffler shop would have been cheaper but I had it at the local Jeep shop for something else and had them do it. I was surprised Jeep Masters said I was the first one they had done.

Just got the straight pipe done today. I did a 3" from the cat back exiting right in front of the rear passenger side tire. Sounds 100% better. Was only 60$ and took them no more than 30 mins. If ur in indianapolis go to ralphs exhaust. They have 5 locations in Indy. I will try and post a picture up tomorrow!

if you dont like loud then put your hearing protection on. diesels are so much quieter than gasoline engines its not even funny. these straight pipe v6 and v8's driving around sound absolutely horrible and they are slow as hell. it aint redneck, its called trailer park trash. support diesel! yaaay. haha

Pipe only cost me about 30 bucks and it took maybe 3 hours of my time to do all the cuttin and welding! I decided to put the flange back in just in case i wanted to add muffler at some point.
