It is not the oil it was checked ,
the shop has taken out and tested all the injectors and they test fine, there was a hole in the intake and they replaced that. There is still a loud knocking on the top of the engine , and they have not been able to diagnose and have not gone any further , the next step is they are going to check the timing belt but they do not think that is it at this point as they feel the truck is running smoothly enough to doubt the timing belt slipping but they don't have any other solutions. Does anyone have any ideas that I can point them to before they have to start tearing the engine down?
I really need some ideas.
