I don't know of anyone who has done the inside of a KK. Digger did the whole outside. Gtommec just did his KJ. About halfway down the page here http://www.forbiddenjeeps.com/showthread.php/592-What-Have-You-Done-To-Your-KJ-Today/page2

I've done my XJ in bed liner. DO NOT USE DUPLICOLOR or other cheap alternatives. They simply do not last. Use Raptor Liner or Monstaliner for DIY applications.

You get what you pay for.

As far as tips, I know that the shop that did mine covered all of the rubber seals next to the windows with a silicone lubricant to prevent adhesion

Not to argue, but I did the lower half of my kj with dupilcolor spray on and it has been a year and a half through rain, snow, hail, and intense heat and it still hasn't faded or flaked. I spent A TON of time prepping by first degreasing then sanding, degrease, high number sanding again, then degreasing. Pretty much all of it needs to be scuffed very noticably for it to stick well. And make sure it isnt to humid or hot no matter what product you use.

I have had much better results with that stuff using primer first. Holding the can about 18-20" away from the piece and doing very light coats is key. Its been on my steel front bumper for 5 months and no complaints other than being hard to clean. Still dont think i would use it on body panels though.
