Hello,

I am interested in talking to the organizer of the L.O.S.T. Rockies. I am the Jeep Product Marketer for the Liberty and we are planning to be in Denver the week of July 17th to research future product. I would like to know how many members are within driving distance to Denver, for a possible roundtable discussion.

Please contact me.

Bob, you might consider opening this up much wider and possibly doing some kind of online discussion. There are many, many folks here who would have a lot of input to give, and be more than happy to do so.

I only recently learned of L.O.S.T. while in Moab for the Easter Jeep Safari. I expect over time we will contact the membership at large for ideas and input. The request I made with regard to Denver area members pertains to research concerning a physical property that can not be shown on-line at this time. Participants would have to be able to attend in person so they could review the property then discuss their thoughts and reactions.

Are there any Midwest L.O.S.T. events scheduled for the next few months? I will check the forum postings from time to time, but please feel free to write me directly and let me know if there are any events that you think woudl be of interest.

Thanks,
Bob

Bob, I'm sure there are at least a dozen LOST Rockies members that would LOVE to meet with you. I'd come myself, but I'm in SLC.

I don't know that you could really say that there is a single organizer of LOST Rockies, and we're still in the process of formally organizing and electing officers. But stick around for a bit and you shouldn't have any problem getting a decent-sized group together, including some that have been KJ fanatics for several years.

Out of curiosity...how did you find out about LOST at Moab? As far as I know, I was the only member there, and I only talked to one person.

Thanks, I'm sure that those who can meet with you will greatly appreciate the opportunity.

One of the Jeep vehicle development engineers in Moab mentioned the organization while we were riding Hell's Revenge in the Liberator property we brought out from Detroit.

What exact day of the week will this take place? I will be there if I am in town and may be able to get a few more people. What exactly will be taking place? Just a discussion or something more? What will the discussion be regarding?

The day of the week has not been established yet. The design property that I want to get owners reactions to should be available starting Thursday the 20th or Friday the 21st thru Sunday the 23rd.

The idea would be to gather the L.O.S.T. members at the research site, allow everyone some time to climb in and around the property then sit down around a table for about 1.5-2 hours and discuss your thoughts.

From the sounds of it, the L.O.S.T. group is loosly organized, so I guess the best approach might be for anyone interested to post their contact information here, and I will contact all those interested in mid-June to identify a time that works best for everyone.

We will be recruiting research participants from the general population as well as registered Liberty owners within a certain driving distance to the research site, so it is possible some L.O.S.T. members will be contacted in our general recruit. If so, that is fine, go ahead and fill out the questionnaire and respond through that instrument.

In either event, respondents are compensated for their time and participation. I just think it would be beneficial to organize one L.O.S.T. specific group to get the insights of owners who are more passionate than the average Liberty owner.

I will be in Denver by then. I am moving there the around the 10th of June. I do not have a phone number at this point but as soon as I get one I will post it on here. As has been mentioned I am sure there will be quite a few people interested in this.

Well, you have the right group of people here. :D As they said, thank you for involving us. Will this be the only open roundtable for this product?

Bob, Nice to have you here. I'm not one to beat around the bush, so when you say "property" what exactly are you talking about? A picture speaks a thousands words.

This sounds like the Perfect thing to light a fire under the various lost groups around the country, but Especially the lost Rockies folks. I would imagine this type of thing could possibly happen to any one of the lost clubs.
As was mentioned above, "One of the Jeep vehicle development engineers in Moab mentioned the organization while we were riding Hell's Revenge"!!! They know all about lost and as you can see, they like us......They Really Like us!! It is Huge that they would think to specifically involve lost in a round table discussion! I am way jealous that I do not live in Co. now!

Time to get organized Rockies people and Maybe make this your 1st club participation event!

Very cool. 8)

I just came across this thread and thought I'd throw my $.02 in. I would jump at the chance if they did this anywhere near me. I think it may be the protoype for the next generation Liberty, the KK. Anybody else care to speculate.

I'm in. I like the sounds of this "property" and the idea of "sitting in it".

I may be going on vacation to my homeland of Wisconsin this summer, but I will try to plan around this event.

Thanks for the PM, David!

I am just speculating here burchie, but i would guess they are not going to let us know about it before hand. Not that its it bad thing, well i guess it is for us, but thats just the way it works i guess...

But hey! This is really cool. Thank you Bob, for including lost people in discussion about new Jeep vehicles and allowing our input. I am sure that you will not be dissapointed! :D
