I wouldn't expect 30-38 MPG.

I have a 2001 7.3 4WD Ex with only 40K miles if someone wants one in perfect shape with really low miles and all the critical "goodies" (springs, shocks, sway bars, ladder bars, airbags, modified front alignment for directional stability, new steering box, Detroit TruTrac, Zeibart (always run with Mobil Delvac 1 5W-40).

Make me an offer if anyone really wants a "time warp" Excursion.
