I looked and looked some more but couldn't find GMCTD's A/C fan wiring post where he set up the hi-low fan overide switches. Anyone have a link handy??

After consideration I chose not to do that mod.
When the ac is used it lasts longer. Maybe it uses a little more fuel but ac repairs are time consuming and expensive.
I also like the fact that the ac pulls moisture out of the cabin then drains it on to the ground.

I think he's talking about a manual switch to turn on hi or low mode on the electric fan in front of the radiator. Sorry but I can't find that page either.

I'm pretty sure the OP is not talking about the HVAC blower inside the vehicle, but the electric fan in front of the radiator.

Reading that post it looks like what he was discussing was adding a switch to the AC electric fan (in front of radiator) so that it could manually be turned on to provide extra cooling. IMHO a better option is to just install the Hayden fan clutch (kicks in earlier) and the 11 blade fan which moves plenty of air. But if you want to switch the AC fan then the relays in the power distribution center are R34 (hi) and R40 (lw). I presume one would want to switch the high speed side of the circuit but I'm not enough of an electrical person to venture an opinion on exactly how.

Thanks everyone! Images and write-up was just what i was looking for.

I pulled my clutch fan to perform the TB and WP service and installed a Flex-A-Lite 16" fan instead with a thermostat. This is for primary engine cooling. The Intercooler and radiator are separated by over an inch apart so I didn't want to relay on the A/C fan along. Also, you could use the A/C fan separably to aid in intercooler or transmission cooling separate from the radiator cooling. Its there so I wanted to wire it up all at the same time.
