Is it coming from a Chrysler dealer? If so make your offer contingent on them providing a timing belt replacement. That odo is low. It's really done a bit over 90K and if it's an 05, you don't mention, it's due based on age anyway.

Oh, and unless you've taken it off for the photos, get them to throw in a new engine cover as well.
