Sounds fishy to me. Not sure if this would work or if you tried, but disconnect the batter for a few and see if that does anything.

This happened to me after I disconnected the battery to change bulbs. The dealer reflashed it and then it was good.

If you have a Hypertech programmer, you can reflash it.

Where did you get your hypertech programmer. I've checked with every manufacturer I could find a few months ago and they all said they don't make anything for a liberty. I'm curious if you've found one that crosses from another vehicle. :seuss:

Just go on Hypertech's website. They also have a Facebook page that I visit frequently. Excellent customer service and incredible results.

Thanks. Were you able to retune the computer? If so, did it relearn everything and go back th the stock tune?

You should honestly go to their website and read everything. They fully tune the PCM. You can reset it to stock at any time. It DOES NOT relearn the stock tune. The tune is also designed to run with no problems with other mods such as CAI, bigger throttle body, exhaust, gears, different electrical fans, BIGGER TIRES.
I guess I should write a review and post it here soon because I don't see why everyone on this forum doesn't have one. It even reads and clears DTC's. From day one I couldn't stand how unresponsive the Liberty is and this made me so much happier. The sloppy shifts are a thing of the past.
