Hey'a everyone (Long time / No See)

Still have my KJ.

I was wondering if there are any other 2002 era KJ's out there that are experiencing "Roof Rust." I'd take a picture of it, but it's just easier to describe: Right Rear Corner, Between the flipper glass hinge and roof rack trim the paint is litterly bubbling and showing signs of rusting from the inside out.

Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone peeled the headliner back to investigate?

I'm afraid after this winter, I'll have a new sunroof at the back of my Jeep.

Mine has a round spot about the size of quarter in pretty much the same place. Been keeping a eye on it. Someday I'll have cut it out and weld some new metal.

'02 here and 100% rust free roof,granted it's been bedlined for over 9 years.

Do you have any rust around the body seam in the flipper glass area?

Overall my KJ is rust free, except for this spot and then behind the flipper glass where the body panels meet. It's like the Jeep is rusting from the top down. The rest of the Jeep is rust free, it's only in this 1 area that I the KJ is showing its age

Nope,it's all bedlined.

2002 crd sport, Paint bubbling up by the top windscreen (UK) windshield (USA) seal, nowhere else yet.
