it doesnt matter there are no o2 sensors on the exhaust so it has no way to tell that the cat and muffler are not there, its not like a gas motor. and the egr delete kit takes the engine light off by telling the ecu that it is there and working there fore shutting the cel off. at least i am pretty sure. i will work on this and post back with in the next couple of weeks. i have a code reader and it tells me when all the readiness monitors have completed there tests. i will figure something out. not too worried about it. i got my new inspection done the day before the law was in effect.

Have GDE update the flash to eliminate this code, he removed my P0401 and P0610 codes permanently.
