Guys this is the beta, Not all the features.

As for highlift, I used the reciever today, and it worked pretty good. The holes are for mounting only, not for highlift. As for the skid to join bumper and skid, it would block too much airflow, although even with the heat here, she is running cooler than normal.

Yo, were was my daily report call...huh? Huh? :D I'm still sore from working on those things all week. Taking a much needed weekend off has me pumped up and ready to get back to work. Took the family up Eagle Rock today. Just couldn't wait for you guys to get back.:D

As Ted said, this is the very first prototype, which I had to completely cut out by hand. I worked about 21 hours straight to get it done and one Ted's jeep by Friday morning. I had to cut it out entirely with an angle grinder, so the cutting, fitting, welding, grinding and painting took a lot of work. This prototype was made of 1/8" plate, so it is pretty light, weighing in at about 60lbs. The holes in the bottom plate are so you can get a socket in there to tighten the front bolts, and also helps with a little air flow. I will probably still add the highlift mounting lift holes.

Ted, give me a call tomorrow when you can.

Here are some pics Ted sent me the other day. Hopefully he will send me some more.:D

Do you think that those bumpers would help in putting 33" tires on the liberty?

Aren't there lower arms for the back that you can make longer to push the wheels back so you would have more clearance back there?

I have been looking for a new bumper either the ARB or this yours. Dont know if I really want to run a winch due to the weight.

Any word on when your bumper will become available? That is a sweet looking bumper.

I have to jump in and add a reservation for one that fits an '06. Love the reciever hitch that is built in.

It is a solid bumper and Ted Tested.

That gives it a seal of approval by me. I saw Ted test it in Moab and the Approach and departure angles are awesome.

I would be extremely interested in picking one of these up for my 2004 KJ. Thanks for the great work. Question, would I be able to change out the yellow turn signal/marker lenses with clear ones?

Good job and I'm anticipating to see some prices!!

Is a bull bar going to be an option on the RL bumper?

I would like to know if there will be a bull bar (for me a deer bar) option too. That would steer me toward the RL.

I'm still working things out on the front bumper. Getting the 05-06 prototype model going is the only thing holding me back right now. I do plan to have a grill guard available for the front bumpers, just haven't gotten that far yet.

Make it a rule not to hit things. Sooner or later you will weaken the mounts with constant bumper car playing.

I am as good as in on one of these! That is the cleanest lookin bumper I have seen on a KJ to date!! Love the hitch mount built right in, doesn't stick out for so better approach angles, and just frickin looks good! if you would add some Hi-lift points and this will be the perfect bumper!! Keep us all posted!
