I am dying for snow here in SNE. I want to try out my new snow tires and see if my Jeep handles as well as my AWD Caliber did with snow tires.

This was our first Liberty...a rental from San Francisco in 2006. We drove it down a Forest Service fire road near Crater Lake, Oregon, and got it stuck in a rotting snowbank. Hilarity ensued. We tried to dig it out with our hands and the lens hood from my Nikon, to no avail. It was hung up on the frame and wasnt going anywhere. As it turned out, the AAA tow truck driver we called pulled us out and made no mention of it being stuck on a fire road.

Here is a few older pictures of my Jeep. This is back in 2010 a day after I lifted it, before alot of the mods it has now. Haven't had any good snow yet this year

...and here we go!!! First proper Snow fall for this winter....

As you can see we had an un expected down poor of snow in Cambridge (UK), i took this photo this morning before heading to work, it's now stopped snowing and we don't expect anymore for a bit. it's good as on Saturday I have an outing with Jeep-Owners-Club UK, so hopefully some will be still around to go and play in it.

We got some more snow this week end, so the wife and I took the KJ on our favourite mountain road...

There was a lot of animal tracks

not that I'm a fan of winter and the cold but it is fun for a while.
