Hey guys I'm trying to get the Crank pulley of on the crank so I can do my Timing belt. I took the 4 bolts off as described in the video online, but I'm guessing I still need a crank pulley? I rented one for Chrysler but its about 1/4 inch to small. Any ideas on how to get this stupid thing off? Also anyone have any good tips for finding a serpentine belt tensioner? Thanks

A puller should not be needed. Usually there is some rust making it a PIA
Apply a little Kroil and tap lightly on the pulley around it's circumference while pulling on it with your hand.
I have applied light pressure with a little pry bar but be carefull as there isn't anything strong to pry on (aluminum)
MOST important tip I can give from experience is to cover the inside of the radiator with a piece of thick cardboard before trying to remove the pulley/balancer. When it pops loose it will crash into the radiator before you realize what happened

There are some slots in the face of my pulley. I put an air hammer in one and used it to twist the pulley loose. A long screw driver and some light tapping should also do it. It doesn't take much and once it moves a little it comes right off.

Agree Kroil oil is the best! Apply a little and tap the surface where you removed the bolts with a air hammer or small hammer while you apply a small amount of pressure with a screwdriver or small prybar.

As far as finding a serpentine belt tensioner. I purchaced one from ID parts. Also Mopar parts online.

Good luck & Merry Christmas!
